At risk of you all getting bored with hearing from me on this issue, I must
say that I'm delighted to read what you've discussed, Jonathan, about
calculators you've seen and options that could be considered. Not knowing
your background, I am unable to know how/if you could get involved with
others - perhaps John McEwan, Ken Nordtvedt, Dean McGee, Whit Athey...help
me out anyone...who would be interested in pursuing something like this.
Many thanks are due these gentlemen and others like them - ladies as well -
who have generously offered their expertise and services to all of us
gratis.
Another issue I've seen commented on is that mutation rates can differ
between haplogroups - so statistical analysis could be availed of to
identify such differences and incorporated into the . We surely have plenty
of statistics by now.
