I had a laugh re. your letter I had a english friend who was also a war
bride she went back to england after about 20 yrs here ,to see her family
didnt have \any money to go before she went to the butcher shop in england
and asked for head cheese they said they had dutch cheese and lots of others
it took her awhile to remember it was called brawn in england
