Hello Connie,
I can only tell you how I went about it to find my sister,
I had ,had to go to a medical building, and right across the road from there
was the Salvation Army building , ( which I would imagine you will find in
every city ) you would be able to find it in the yellow page's where you
live,
(I had tried for years with other agencies with no luck and no results,)
and I thought give it a shot it cant hurt ,
I was helped by a very nice Major, I gave her as much info" as I could ,
they were the ones that got in touch with the Salvation Army in the other
country,s,
If you take as much paper work and pictures , names , what ever you have and
write down what you can remember about the person or Persons , and where
they Last resided , anything that might help ,
As I mentioned they found my sister with another name( she had re married )
and in another country(Australia) so try the Salvation Army in the city
where you live , and they will help if they can and would probably tell you
what you might need , or what you can do to help ". Good Luck"
Bunty
