War brides' CD launch planned for this weekend

The Fredericton Singing War Brides have ordered another 500 CDs to meet the
demand for their newly recorded wartime music.

The group will officially launch the CD this weekend and hand out the 500
CDs that were pre-sold.

The CD was designed to preserve the memories and music of wartime.

Profits made from it will be donated to charity.

Saturday's launch will be held at Branch No. 4, Royal Canadian Legion, from
2-5 p.m.

Entertainment and refreshments will be provided.
