A legacy of love was celebrated Tuesday when the province officially
declared 2006 the Year of the War Bride in Ontario.

The announcement, made by Minister Jim Bradley, minister responsible for
seniors, brought a thunder of applause from the Ontario Legislature
galleries, where several S, D and G war brides sat waiting.
