This is my third attempt to write this email ... among other : I researched all, yes all available Privy Counsel Order-in-Counsels for WW2.
I shared # 7318 Sept 1944 " all dependents applying for admission to Canada ... will have the same status as the serviceman" with Joe Taylor whose lawyer used it in his Federal Court Judical Review case... I can confirm that indeed women and children were not permitted to travel to a war zone during WW2 ... I am not at home for another week so I can not quote the exact wording of the Order.

Thank you for trying to help, Peggy, but my concern relates to Canadian
women travelling OUT of Canada during the war --- quite a few travelled the
other way. But thank you for taking the time to write and hope you soon feel
better.
