Has any one read Val Wood's book "War Brides: They Followed their Hearts to
New Zealand", Random Century New Zealand, 1991, which is an account of the
war brides who went to New Zealand after the First and Second World Wars.?
Val's mother was a war bride from WW1 and a photo of her with her husband
can be seen at. Just scroll down the page midway.
