Greetings, A very dear friend of mine came to America as a was bride.
She sailed from Southampton England and arrived in New York January 1946
The ship was Queen Mary, and it was transporting war brides.
My friend has often said she would love to have the full pasenger list of
that voyage, and I would love to suprise her with it- she is always hoping
to recognize names.
Have tried, without success, for a long time. Is there anyone out there who
can help?
Would much appreciate it.
I too am English born- married to an American but did not come over here
until much, much later.
