Hi,
My family never liked pumpkin pie until I found a recipe twenty years ago
and now I have to bake three pies at Thanksgiving (and for company during
the summer!) to keep the people happy!
If there are enough people who want a light, great-tasting pumpkin pie
recipe, I'll type it up here and you can print it off.
