I sent to the Canadian Philatelic Society for the War Bride envelopes.
They arrived . What a disappointment. Each one has about 5 dots of glue
under the flap which virtually seals them. To open the envelope I have
to ruin it. There is no other glue under the flap.I presume they are
meant for mailing use because of the Queen's stamp on them. Does anyone
have any more information about the envelopes?
