How did war brides keep in touch with their husbands during the war, I
appreciate that letters were sent. As a child I remember the BBC broadcasts
and listening to the messages, was that used by anyone to get a message
through? I also appreciate the fact that on some missions, nobody had any
contact for months so was not aware of what was going on, and whether or not
their loved ones were alive or not. Does anyone remember the BBC broadcasts?
