A message to everyone!

Twice within 24 hours, Tricia has thanked everyone for their replies. Not a
single one has appeared on the list! Please, I can't urge you more strongly
PLEASE to use the 'reply all' feature!

If this list is to be the slightest use to anyone, it has to have messages!
There isn't any point for me sitting here doing list maintenance, helping
people to subscribe, unsubscribe, and the various other things I have to do
as listowner, if all that happens is that people write private messages! It
just means that people end up unsubscribing because they get fed up with
receiving no messages!

There are over two hundred people on this list - please, we would ALL like
to know this information, and we would all like to read replies to any
messages which do appear. If messages don't appear on this list this
wonderful resource will simply fizzle out. Everyone on this list has the
most valuable and interesting information, whether they were a warbride
themselves, or just know someone who was. Sending private messages means
that you keep the information to yourself and the original messager, when it
would be absolutely fascinating to the rest of us.
