I'm curious - did you and your travelling companions who sailed from
Liverpool travel direct from your homes to the port, or did you have to
spend some time at a 'holding camp' like many of the girls who left from
Southampton?

It would be good if you could post your answer to the list, as I am sure
lots of us are interested!
