Based on the man's hair style, clothes, and photo format, I would say
photo #13 dates to circa 1890 (1888-1893). The man appears to be about
30 years old so if my assumptions are correct, he would have been born
about 1860. You can always check an Evansville Indiana City Directory
for that photographer and address to see when they were located at that
address. Be sure to check the address and not just the name.
Photographers moved around a lot back then.

The photo of the lady appears to be a few years later. Maybe 1895 -
1900. Anyway, that's my best estimate.

He is in photo # 13 by photog Mitchell and Miller. If
not, then I got lucky and that is a photo of his
father George (1822-1887)...as a documented photo of
Frank late in life looks just like this photo.

Franks wife is likely photo #12 since she looks just
like my grandmother...This great grandmother's name
was Annie Cavanagh 1859-1909...She was Irish...
