Phyllis....the manuals are on-line, and I just printed the most important
parts and put in a three ring binder....easier to use than going on-line all
the time.

I bought my Epson Perfection 3200 Photo Scanner for about $400 2 years
ago. It scans all my documents as well as photos. It comes with 3
templates: two that hold three sizes of negatives and one that holds
slides. My negatives are various sizes and go all the way back to the
1920's. It comes with software that allows you to turn negatives to
positives. Or you can use Photoshop or one of the other photo programs.

The only complaint I have is that nothing comes with manuals anymore,
but Epson allows you one year of phone support. Or at least they did
when I bought mine.
