University of Utah has scanned 15 of Utah's smaller newspapers at
http://www.lib.utah.edu/digital/unews/ -- they are available for searching
for no cost! I've found that the best method is to simply use the "Search
All Newspapers" option, otherwise you'll need to supply a specific edition
