Subject: Naturalization Papers August 1900

Can someone tell me how I can go about obtaining my grandfathers
naturaliztion papers? He was naturalized in August 1900 in 4th District
Court in Utah County Utah. I had written in the 1980's and I believe they
told me I had to go to a Superior Court but I can't find the paperwork. I
have a copy of the Certificate of Citizenship but not the papers he filled
out for Citizenship.
