Children are extremely difficult to find because they are not listed in the
index, only the father or head of household is listed. There are 17 HATCH
families in the state. I can't find Terrace on a map. Do you know what county
it's in?

There is only one CANFIELD family in the whole state, but the family is not
on the page number that's given in the index. Maybe a lookup in the 1870
index will show if this family has a son John.
