I'm seeking information on my great-great grandfather, Henry
William/William Henry WALKEY and his wife, Mary MOSS WALKEY who
emigrated from Australia to Moroni, UT in 1873/4. They resided in
Moroni until about 1883 and in Salt Lake City from 1883 until after
1886. By the time of Henry William's death in 1899, he may have been
living in Heber City, Wasatch Co., UT for this is where he is buried.

I believe I read somewhere that the 1880 census was destroyed by fire,
so I'm hoping that perhaps this family appears on the 1890 census.

Location of family in 1890: Salt Lake City (?)

Family sought:

Henry William WALKEY, aged approx. 55 years in 1890
Mary MOSS WALKEY, aged approx. 45 years

Children who may have been living with them at the time:

Mary Louisa WALKEY, aged approx. 21 years
Emily Ada WALKEY, aged approx. 7 years
Henry Herbert WALKEY, aged approx. 4 years

Any assistance in locating this family is very much appreciated. It's
my hope that perhaps the census will provide some information on Henry's
birthplace.
