Can memorials (as opposed to graves) be easily located?
I'm interested in one erected sometime between 1912 and 1917 by Jemima Midgley (1834-1917) to her husband Joshua Midgley (1832-1912), her mother Jemima Hough (1789/90-1872), her mother-in-law Ellen Hinchliffe Midgley (1801-1855), and her 6 children who pre-deceased her Thomas William M. (1860), Jemima Hough M. (1861-3), Daniel Hough M. (1866-74), Joseph Hough M. (1868), Ann Hough M. (1869), Jesse Hough M. (1870-1). There was (according to the account I have) space for herself - so it may be her grave. I suspect some of these folks may have graves elsewhere - Ellen Midgley certainly does - she died on the trek along the Platte River, and that's what got me interested in family history. Ellen's husband Thomas (Jemima's father-in-law) is my 4th great uncle.
I'd be very interested in a photo - someone offered on the list a few months ago, but I can't ask for that until I know where it is!
