You may know of this web site already, but try the Utah State Historical
Society Burials Database at
http://history.utah.org/Services/lccemeteries.html According to the chart
there is only one cemetery from Provo that has been entered into this index
so far.
If you click on burial search and enter Susanne Esnouf Dolbel, her grave
location comes up with Santa Clara City Cemetery, B06, just as you've
mentioned, but no Philippe, and Eliza was not there, but might be under her
married name if she married.
