This group was headed by Gale Stroud and Burta Herger who did a fantastic job of organizing and collecting data. http://www.rootsweb.com/~cemetery/california/stanislaus.html We now have 4,532 names in the text file which includes the old and the new location information, plus 9,158 accompanying tombstone photos. They have also contributed 8,370 obit photos and transcribed all of them for the years 1911 through 2006. This is the most comprehensive cemetery project I have seen.
