The AB has never really been able to negotiate for any sites other than the
National one. Since states and counties are free to host their sites
wherever they wish as allowed in the bylaws, I'm not sure exactly what we
should be expected to do?

Subject: [ABChat] Member Concern

I received this from a member this morning and am hoping we can discuss this
here since the movement on Board-L seems to be moving at a snail's pace
towards any discussion.

What will a move of the national pages mean for the AB's ability to
negotiate with RW on behalf of the CCs and/or states that do not wish to or
cannot move?
