You can try Ontario Historical Society Papers & Records,
Early Records of St. Marks and St. Andrews Churches,
Niagara ON, (Vol. 3, 1901), which is in published format
off line and I think on Bill Martin's site

There are links to these early records at "Ontario Vital
Statistics & Church Records" at
http://olivetreegenealogy.com/can/ont/vs.shtml

Be sure you don't miss (near the bottom of the page) the
link to Births
http://olivetreegenealogy.com/can/ont/ont_vsbirths.shtml ,
Marriages and Deaths. These are arranged by District and
Counties in Ontario

So for example links under LINCOLN COUNTY include

º Register of St. Mark's and St. Andrew's Churches in
Niagara - Baptisms 1792-1832 Covers Niagara, Chippewa,
Grand River, Ancaster, York, Grimsby, Fort Erie, Long
Point, Grantham, Queenston, St. Catharines

º Baptisms and Marriages in Grimsby 1793-1834 Records of
Rev. William Sampson, Rev. Robert McGill and others.
Includes Newark (Niagara), Thorold, Grimsby, Trafalgar,
Louth, etc

º Niagara Region Baptisms, Marriages, Burials 1800-1837
Covers Niagara, Lundy's Lane, Thorold, Stamford Twp.,
Grantham, Crowland, St. Catharines, Bertie, Queenston,
Pelham and Willoughby townships and areas

º Military Register of Baptisms for Fort George, Upper
Canada 1821 TO 1827

º Register of Saint Paul's Church at Fort Erie for the
years 1836-1844

º Niagara Falls Public Library Index from Niagara
newspapers from 1905 to the present.

btw your ancestor is a relative of mine - Elizabeth Marical
born 18 March 1783 in Schenectady NY who married Levi Peer
and settled in the Niagara area

Elizabeth and your Henry were cousins of some sort, I'd
have to dig out my files to see who their common ancestor
was.
