Hello John

I'm confused. The information I sent you *was* on Joseph
Sinn in Butler's Rangers.

I explained about the relationships of the men in Butler's
Rangers and how in general the corps was drawn from the
same location, the same town or village that the commanding
officer came from.

This will be useful to you since you stated that you do not
know where this Joseph Sinn came from. With my information
you now have an estimated year of birth, and you have the
knowledge that most of the men in that company were from
New York (in particular the Albany area).

Good clues, all of them, you have only to investigate
further :-)
