I am also researching the Jacksons from Dickson county. Unfortunately, I
don't have much info on my Jacksons. My gr-gr-grandmother was Jane Jackson
who married James Maginnis(McGinnis) in 1829 and settled in Nashville. I
believe that she had two brothers names James and John.
