Just a note of Interest the First Sorrell name connected to Families in Dickson County Tn are by Michael Johnson died 1718 on Tuckahoe Creek. His lands go from Goochland Co. to Albermarle County to Amherst County into Nelson County and he didn't move a lick. (LOL)

John Sorrell is also connected to the families of Terisha Turner the Ancient whose families are in Dickson and Humphreys County Tn. terisha Turner the ancient died in what is now Nelson County Tn and lived on Rockfish River. terisha Turner is also Connected to families of General James Randolph Robertson who owned the Furnace in Dickson Co. Tn he bought it from Montgomery Bell)

A William Ingram is also connected to the Families of Hudson Johnson in 1783 in Hawkins County Tn. Hudson Johnson died on Bartons Creek in 1828.
