Dear Mona,

Hello, unfortunately there were not death certificates filed in the 1800's
for Dickson County. Tennessee did not start requiring each county to record
deaths until 1908.

There were only 4 counties in Tennessee that kept death records before 1908
and they were Knox County, Davidson County, Hamilton County and Shelby
County.
