Sorry for the omission of dates. I know that Luvina (many spellings) / Mary
McClain White and John H. White divorced in Dickson Co. in 1841. I don't
know if they remained there or not, but that was the last record I found of
either and linking them together and thought they might have remained in
Dickson Co. and died there. John H. White would have been b. abt. 1809-1813.
They were married in Williamson Co. in 1827/1829. This is the only
White/McClain marriage listed in TN marriages. The only child I know of is
Eliza P. White b. 1833. Hope that helps.
