If you are interested in a copy of any will, I do specific document
retrieval every week from the Tennessee State Library and Archives in
Nashville. I do charge a small fee for this service since I travel 2 hours
each way and have to pay a babysitter. The fee for the lookup is $8 plus .25
per page for copies and the cost of postage. A one page document usually
amounts to $8.62.

Please keep me in mind should you ever need any documents from Tennessee.

Index to Early TN Wills and Administrations (1779-1861) by Byron and
Barbara Sistler.

It is indexed by surname and covers nearly all the counties in Tennessee
except for those where records have been destroyed for this time period
(1779-1861).

Just email me the name you are looking for and I will give you the
information from this book. It gives the name, date, where the record can be
found, the letter or number of the record book and then the page number and
the county.
