The special on the veterans was done by one of our local stations. If I
can find the address and if it is still good I will send it to you.

I was told The Sons of the Confederates organization in Columbia , Maury
Co
have a list of over 800 CSA veterans who went to Sao Paulo, Brazil after
the
Civil War ended. Do you know if this is true?

I do know there was a documentary on TV several years ago about
descendants
of CSA veterans who have reenactments and celebrations in Brazil each
year.
I did not know there was a possible list of those who left the US..
Maybe we
could find some of those missing vets and families that seemed to have
left
the earth after the Civil War.. !!!!
