Folks,
Thought the list might appreciate a little something out of the norm & am
posting it because of a lack of coverage by the politically correct media
outside a small 5 second blurb on the evening news.
I know this doesn't have a DC tie-in but many Southern boys from the county
died in the conflict. No, I'm not some racist redneck nut, just proud of
my ancestors & can appreciate what they had to go through for their
families to survive one the the most horrible times in this nation's
history on both sides especially through reconstruction. If they had not
then you & I may not be here today. Heritage not Hate. (Especially pay
attention to the "Black Confederate" article).
The AOT Battleflag flies at half staff today here at Old Spencer's Mill in
honor of these men.
People forget that these soldiers had grandfathers that were Revolutionary
War Veterans & fought against the same thing as they did.... States Rights
& against Unfair Taxation leveled solely on the South through the Morrell
Tariff & Tariff of Abominations:

GOD BLESS THESE SOUTHERN PATRIOTS!
(The vast majority of whom never had nor could afford a slave if they
wanted to~ Rich man's war / Poor man's fight)
Enjoy~
