I haven't researched the Seal/Seals family myself, but I have seen where there
is an old Seals family cemetery near the corner of Fleet Town Road and Upper
Creek Road just outside of Vanleer. In the Dickson County Will Book A there
was the will of Abraham J. Austin, dated 9/19/1852. It listed Elizabeth Jane
Seal as his daughter, Jacob Austin as his son and Martha Austin as his wife.
Witness were O.L.V.Schmittou and Sellman Edwards.
