Looking for the family of my ggg grandfather James David Yates, born April 5,
1861 and died Feb 17, 1940 in Mills Co., Texas, his family may have been from
Dickson/Warren Co., Tennessee according to an LDS ancestral file on the
Morris/England family submitted to http://www.familysearch.com

He married Jennie England (1871-1957) before 1894 in presumably Texas as her
family was in Hood Co., Texas from at least 1875-1882. Jennie was the daughter
of Ewin England (1836-) & Elmira/Elmina C. Morris (1844-). Known children of
David & Jennie's were Texie (1894-1976)*, Ewin V. (1897-1912) and Adeen
(1904-1985).

James David and Jennie are buried in the Cottage Hill Cemetery in Shive,
Hamilton Co., Texas. Anyone having knowledge of these individuals please
