Hi Betty,
A couple of your names caught my eye. There are several of the names
you mentioned which are prominent here in Limestone Co., TX---especially the
Anglin name (both white and AA), Meek, Welch, Hawkins (there is a man named
Hawkins who is the Editor of the Groesbeck Journal in Groesbeck, TX) and
Thompson. You might want to join the Limestone Co. list as there is a
goodly number of folks searching their ancestors. I know of one lady who is
avidly researching the Thompsons so you might make a connection. There are
quite a few of the Dickson names that I have seen on both lists. The
Limestone list is not overly active as far as msgs. posted, but I think it
has mostly been slow because of the holidays.
Good Luck,
Jean
