Last year Jan and I were trying to figer where Mr. Kringle lived and
worked... She seems to have found at least one parcel of land that answers
that question.. Up on further investigation, we are finding similar
properties all across the country... So, that explains his ability to
manufactor and deliver in such a short window of time... UPS is good, but,
he has them beat!

Cher, I believe the following deed should clear up all mysteries. It
appears your "missing person" is not missing at all and contrary to popular
opinion, has been in Tennessee all along!

Deed from I. R. Noel to Kris Kringle made 2nd day of December 1800 for and
in consideration to him in hand paid, for a tract of land lying on
Cumberland River containing three thousand and twenty acres, it being part
of original grant made by state of Tennessee in consideration of services
rendered to citizens. Containing one large barn and numerous shareelvers.
