Thanks for posting the estate settlement of John B. Adams. I had not seen
this before. I do believe that this is my John Boyd Adams, b. abt. 1823 who
m. Eliza Yeates. She was a sister of Levi Yeates who is mentioned in this
settlement. How I wish they had named the widow, and labled Levi as a
brother-in-law...it certainly would have helped me!!!

I beleive the John Adams listed is the father of John B. Adams and that the
B. Adams mentioned is a brother of John B. Adams.

J. Street is probably Jackaniah Street who m. Elizabeth Adams, a sister of
Benjamin and John B. Adams.

George Turner could certainly be the brother of Margaret Turner, the first
wife of John Adams and the mother of Benjamin, Elizabeth, and John B. Adams.
George Turner m. Susannah Adams, sister of John Adams. (clear as mud,
huh!!!).

Does anyone agree with the above, or disagree? I would love to find
documentation that John Boyd Adams was a son of John Adams and Margaret
Turner.
