Hi !

Good to see you ! We are a diverse group of
genealogist with varying skill and knowledge level..
but, with two major connections..We love genealogy and
love to share it. Sometimes we get into reminessing or
folklore, or history...even a yarn being spun
ocassionally......but, 'generally' we stay on track..
When the list is a bit slow we deviate a bit
more..but, when folks get settled in for winter and
the list hops we get a bit tighter on our subjects (c:



On Sunday Jan or I post a letter called Sunday
Afternoon Rockin.. Sure hope you enjoy it.. some are
better than others...usually hers are better'n mine!

We also have a designated "Dickson Neighbor", Jean.
She sends cards to other list members that are needing
a pick me up.. or are celebrating something
special....on behalf of the entire Dickson list.. We
just started this and folks really like it! So if you
have an event, or hear of someone needing a pick me
up... let us know (off list of course (c: )

If you see a "Listowner" message, consider it of
particular importance(it is from me) to the list at
large. Please read it.. might be about a virus,
rootsweb message..

Jump in and see if anyone has info that will
help you.. if not this week perhaps a cousin will come
around soon! As folks are coming and going all the
time...
In the meantime, maybe you can help somebody else by
offering to do lookups in your reference material?
