For what it is worth.

My great-great-great-great-grandparents were Williamson & Frances Watts Plant who moved from the Virginias into Dickson Co., and then into Bond Co., Illinois.

Their 2nd daughter, was Elizabeth Plant, b. May 8, 1789 in Anson Co., NC
The Plant family moved into Dickson Co., Tenn about 1805. They migrated into Illinois about 1817.
She married Benjamin James in Dickson Co. One of their children, Martha H. James, born in Dickson Co., Tenn. 4/11/1809. Married Daniel File, b. 5/12/1811
They were married on 7/7/1825 in Bond Co., Ill.

Daniel File was the son of Henry O. File.

Several of the Descendents of Henry married into the Plant family.
