The printer/publisher is wondering if you would like a cd instead of a
book? I told him I would ask and get back to him...
He is waiting for some correction data and will go to print.... He
expects it to be ready by the end of November...

Ya'll getting ready? He still doesn't have a exact cost yet.... working
on what cover is best considering the size of the book..
