Lillian Hardin, 96, of 6501 N. Randwick in Peoria, Ill., died at 4:35 p.m. at
her residence. She was born April 25, 1909, in Nelson, Ga., and married
George Hardin, who died in 1970, in Alcoa, Tenn. She is survived by three
great-nieces, Joann Johnson, Sandra Johnson and Patricia Townsend, with whom she made
her home, all of Peoria, Ill.; and a great-nephew, Ronald Townsend of
Indianapolis, Ind. She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
Cremation was accorded; there will be no services or visitation. T.W. Parks Colonial
Chapel in Peoria, Ill., is in charge of arrangements

Gladys Moulden, of Knoxville, departed this life Nov. 1, 2005, at Shannondale
Nursing Home. She was a member of the Original Church of God. Mrs. Moulden
was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Bessie Valentine Miller; and her
husband, William Arthur Moulden. Survivors include her children, Daisy Mae
(Henry) Tate, and James Arthur (Sharron) Moulden; four grandchildren; and a host
of great-grandchildren; sister and brother, Dorothy Franklin and Homer
Miller; many nieces and nephews, and cousins, and her church family.
Family will receive friends Sunday, Nov. 6, 2005, from 2 to 2:30 p.m. at the
Original Church of God; service will follow with Pastor Ronald Nesbitt Jr.
officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Forest Cemetery in Concord. Jarnigan &
Son Mortuary, Knoxville, is in charge of arrangements.

Irene M. Troman, 87, of Oak Ridge and Farragut since 1993, formerly of RD No.
7 in Bethlehem, Pa., died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005, at St. Mary's Residential
Hospice in Knoxville. She is the wife of the late Herbert Troman Jr., who died
Nov. 1, 1995. Born in Lower Saucon Township, Pa., on July 5, 1918, she is the
daughter of the late Jacob and Edna Mae (Emery) Murray. Irene is a member of
St. George's Episcopal Church in Hellertown, Pa., and attended St. Stephen's
Episcopal Church in Oak Ridge.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Walton of Oak Ridge, and Pat
Swinney and her husband Chuck of Powell; one brother, Frank Murray and his wife
Betty of Hellertown, Pa.; two sisters, Betty J. Greene and her husband Donald of
Bethlehem, Pa., Marjorie M. Bartholomew and her husband Harvey B. Sr. of
Hellertown; four grandchildren, Bruce and Robin Walton of Niger, West Africa, Craig
and Dawn Walton of Germantown, Md., Alison Gafford of Lake City, Fla., and
Robert Swinney of Bozeman, Mont.; 12 great-grandchildren, Daniel, Joshua,
Phillippe, Steven, John Mark, Grace, Joseph, Christina, Savannah, Calvert, and Lucy
Walton and Jaxon Gafford; and very special friends, Jeanne and Jim Kring of
Kingston, and Keith and Karen Pilcher of Oak Ridge. She was predeceased in death
by a brother, Harvey W. Murray. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday,
Nov. 6, 2005, at the St. George's Episcopal Church, 735 Delaware Ave., in
Hellertown, Pa., with the Rev. Raymond L. Harbort and the Rev. John Coble
officiating. Family and friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the
Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main Street in Hellertown. Interment to follow
services at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown. A memorial service will be held
Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005, at 11 a.m. at the St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 212
N. Tulane Ave. in Oak Ridge, with the Rev. Claire Keen officiating.

Robert Lynn Vandagriff, 46, of Clinton, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005, at
Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in
charge of the arrangements, which were incomplete at press time.
