AVENT, MR. JEFFREY ERIN - age 60,
HOPPER, KIMBERLY ANNE MCCASLAND - age 41, of Knoxville,
AVENT, MR. JEFFREY ERIN - age 60, passed away Friday, September 2, 2005 at
the Marshall C. Voss Health Care Center in Harriman, Tennessee. He was a retired
engineer with T. V. A. Survivors include: daughters: Christine Agnew,
Atlanta, GA, Candace Gaston, Round Rock, TX, Heather Stiles, Atlanta, GA; three
grandchildren; brother: Jackie Avent, Knoxville, TN. Memorial services will be held
Sunday, September 4, 2005 at 4:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Evans Mortuary.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross, Katrina Relief Fund.
Evans Mortuary of Rockwood is serving the family of Mr. Jeffrey Erin Avent.
HOPPER, KIMBERLY ANNE MCCASLAND - age 41, of Knoxville, passed away as the
result of an automobile accident Friday, September 2, 2005. She studied with a
local Rabbi and considered herself a Christian Jew. Retired with twenty of
years service as a microbiologist and environmental scientist in Oak Ridge. She
has now joined her father, Kenneth McCasland, and grandparents, Kenneth and
Frances McCasland and Chloretta and Paul M. Brown, in Heaven. Survived by her
beloved daughter, Stephanie Sharon Hopper; fiancé, William Bivens; mother, Nancy
B. McCasland; sister, Lisa Kay McCasland McGregor; brothers, Donald B.
McCasland, Isa Kevin Douglas McCasland; aunts and uncles, Kay and Charlie Harrop, Paul
V. Brown, Anne (for whom she was named) and Bob Hunt; nieces and nephew:
Kaylie, Ariel, Fiona and Aaron; cousins: Cindy, Scott, Greg, Heather, Angela,
Scott and Molly. Funeral service Tuesday, 10:00 AM, Berry Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends
Monday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
