WATSON, JR., RALPH RICHARD "SKIPPER" - age 60, of Oak Ridge,

BEGUN, ENUICE SANDER - age 82, of Oak Ridge passed away Friday August 12,
2005 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. Funeral service will be Monday
August 15, 2005 at 7:00 PM at the United Church Chapel on The Hill with receiving
friends following the service. Interment will be private. Martin Oak Ridge
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements

GOINS, MR. EUGENE D. - age 76 of LaFollette passed away Friday August 12,
2005, at St. Mary's Residential Hospice in Knoxville. He attended the LaFollette
United Methodist Church, was a member of the Joy Class, the Men's Club,
LaFollette Masonic Lodge ################623, F & A.M., the York Rite, and was a
Shriner. Preceded in death by wife, Lillian Goins in 1992, parents, Leonard and
Ella Mae Woodson Goins, and brother, Don Goins. Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Grace
Stout Goins of LaFollette; sons, Lynn Goins and wife, Kathy, Mark Goins and wife,
Debbie, and Rod Goins and wife, Jennifer, all of Jacksboro; stepchildren,
Gail Herron, Karen Miller and husband, Rick, David Stout and wife, Bess all of
Jacksboro; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four step grandchildren, 2
step-great-grandchildren; sister, Naomi Bashore and husband, Larry of
Knoxville; brothers, R. L. Goins and wife, Mary of LaFollette, Buford Goins and wife,
Pat of Jacksboro, and Ray Goins and wife, Maxine of Caryville; special nephew,
Greg Keck of Knoxville. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services Monday 8 P.M. at LaFollette United Methodist Church with Rev.
Ronnie Arnold and Rev. Danny Hensley officiating. Family and friends will
meet Tuesday 10 A.M. at Campbell Memorial Gardens for graveside services and
interment. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday before services
at LaFollette United Methodist Church. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is
honored to be serving the family of Mr. Eugene D. Goins.

SEIVERS, OSCAR "HOYT" - age 73, of Clinton, passed away Friday, August 12,
2005 at Select Specialty Hospital in Knoxville. He was an electrician working
under several contractors retiring from Martin Marietta Energy Systems on July
29, 1994 after 33 years of service. He was a member of South Clinton Baptist
Church where he has served as chairman of Deacons. He served in the United
States Army from September 1, 1950 until June 23, 1952 and was stationed at West
Point, New York. Hoyt is preceded in death by parents, James Mack Seivers Sr.
and Hassie Dale England Seivers; sisters-in-laws, Mary Edna Rhea Moore and Norma
Jean Rhea Crippen. Survivors: wife of 52 years, Jane Rhea Seivers of Clinton;
children, Teresa & husband Gary Parks of Clinton, Wayne & wife Libbye Seivers
of Athens, Cheryl & husband Eddie Mayes of Clinton, Michael Seivers of
Clinton, Alan & wife Leigh Ann Seivers of Clinton; grandchildren, Keith and Shanda
Parks of Oak Ridge, M J and Arnie Meredith of LaFollette, Tamra, Justin, and
Tyler Mayes of Clinton, Megan and Joe Cook of Sweetwater, Savannah and Sophie
Seivers of Clinton; one grandchild expected in March 2006; great grandchildren,
Sierra and Bryson Parks of Oak Ridge, Arnie, Bethany, and Clay "J.C." Meredith
of LaFollette, Peyton and Paige Cook of Sweetwater; brothers, James M.
"Jiggs" Jr. & wife Frankie Seivers of Clinton, Charles G. "Bones" & wife Bettye
Seivers of Nashville; brother-in-law, Fred Moore of Cincinnati, OH; nieces and
nephews, Dr. Lana Seivers of Nashville, Larry, Sally, Jennifer and Charlie
Seivers of Louisville, David, Venessa, Chelsea and Evan Seivers of Franklin, Ben and
Debbie Smith of Columbia, James, Justin and Austin Meredith of Clinton, Frank
and Casey Meredith of Clinton, Darwyn Cox of Clinton, Beverley and Sarah
McDaniel of Cincinnati, OH; special friends, J.D. and Dot Queener of Clinton,
Elaine Henderson of Clinton. The family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 PM, Monday,
August 15, 2005 at South Clinton Baptist Church with funeral services
following. His burial will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday at Grandview Memorial Garden.
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is charge of all arrangements.

WATSON, JR., RALPH RICHARD "SKIPPER" - age 60, of Oak Ridge, son of Ralph and
Willie Mae Watson, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 11, 2005.
Skipper enjoyed movies, the outdoors and meeting people. He was a very talented
organist. Special thanks to Emory Valley Center for their great care of him
through the years. He is survived by family and many friends. Family will receive
friends from 6:30-7:30 P.M. Tuesday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with a
celebration of life service to follow at 7:30 P.M. The interment service on
Wednesday will be private. Arrangements by Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry
