HOUSLEY, TENA "TT" JEAN - age 48 of Norris,
SEYFRIED, JOYCE BELL - of Oak Ridge,

HOUSLEY, TENA "TT" JEAN - age 48 of Norris, passed away Friday, July 1, 2005
at her residence. She was a member of Norris First Baptist Church. Tena is
preceded in death by: father, Carl Housley; brother, Carl Housley; sister, Karen
Bailey; nephew, Rob Wilson; grandmother, Cora Mae Pointer and aunt, Brenda Lee
Wilson. Survivors: mother, Joyce Housley of Norris; brothers, Carl E. Housley
of Ko-Ko- Mo, IN, James Housley & wife Farah of Lake City; sister, Debbie
Wallace & husband Vance of Oak Ridge; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and
nephews. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the Chapel with
Rev. David Seiber officiating. Her burial will be 11:00 am, Wednesday at
Anderson Memorial Garden. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton in charge of all
arrangements.

SEYFRIED, JOYCE BELL - of Oak Ridge, passed away July 2, 2005 at Methodist
Medical Center. She was born in Corinth, Miss. to the late Mitchell Bell and
Clyde Tyson Bell. She moved to Oak Ridge in 1950. She had one son, Stephen A.
Irving, with a law practice formerly in Oak Ridge and now in Knoxville. In her
son's early school years at Highland View School, she was an active participant
in all his school projects, scouting and other interests. She also did
volunteer work at the school which she enjoyed very much. In 1970, Joyce began work
with Union Carbide Corporation - Nuclear Division in the X-Ray Department of
the Product Certification Division. In 1974 she transferred to K - 25 in the
Engineering Division where she remained until her retirement in 1993. At that
time, she was a Senior Secretary in the Electrical Engineering Department. Joyce
is survived by: her husband Robert (Bob) Seyfried, another long time Oak
Ridger. They enjoyed travel, and until her health began to decline, they spent a
vacation each year in the Caribbean. After retirement, they also enjoyed flower
gardening. She loved spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren
and other family members. She was an avid reader and enjoyed working crossword
puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a sister,
Hazel Dillon; a sister-in-law, Marie Bell; and her mother-in-law, Ruth
Seyfried. In addition to her husband Bob, and her son Steve, she is survived by: her
daughter-in-law, Betsy Irving; a grandson, Adam Irving; and a granddaughter,
Kelly Irving, all of Farragut; a brother, Harold Bell; a sister, Betty Forseman
and her husband Jack, all of Oak Ridge; a special cousin, Winfred Sutton of
Corinth, Miss.; an aunt, Kathryn Freeman and husband John of Southhaven, Miss.
She is also survived by: six nephews, Richard Dillon and family of Greenwood,
Miss., Jackie Dillon and family of Dublin, GA, Dennis Bell of Knoxville, Greg
Bell and family and Don Bell, all of Oak Ridge; Tim Forseman of Travelers
Rest, SC; two nieces, Jill Kenney and family of Superior CO, and Diane Brindle of
Crenshaw, Miss. Also surviving are: two step-sons and their spouses, Scott and
Nancy Seyfried of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Dr. Michael Seyfried and Lori
Seyfried of Marietta, GA; a step-daughter, Michelle and Mike Street. of Decatur,
Ala; seven step-grandchildren, Kelsey and Carly Seyfried of Fort Lauderdale.
Fla.; Jay, Drew and Cole Seyfried of Marietta, GA; Eli and Carrie Street of
Decatur, Ala. In addition, she is survived by: three sisters-in-law and their
spouses, Maxine and Harry Connor; Linda and John Haffey and Brenda and Scotty
Griffith all of Oak Ridge. Visitation will be at Weatherford Mortuary from 5 p.m. to
6:30 pm on Tuesday, July 5th, with a brief memorial service following
visitation. A graveside service will be at Oak Ridge Memorial Park, 10 am on
