JOHNSON, MARGARET M. "TOOTIE" - age 49 of Andersonville
FOSTER, BETTY JO - age 60, of Lake City, TN, passed away Friday, May 20,
2005, at Methodist Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya
Wilson, parents, Howard Floyd Sexton and Lucille Sexton, brothers, Charles S
exton and Thomas Ray Sexton. Survivors: daughters, MeShell Hembree, Jacksboro,
TN & husband, Jerry, Andrea Ward, Lake City, TN & husband, Randall; sisters,
Anna Ruth Wilson, Huntsville, TN; brothers, James Sexton, & wife, Rose, Scott
County, TN; grandchildren, Duane Allen Wilson, Lake City, TN, Jamie Wilson,
Lake City, TN; many friends. Visitation: 6-8 PM, Monday, May 23, 2005 at the
Hatmaker Funeral Home. Funeral service: 2 PM, Tuesday, May 24, 2005 in the
Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Archie Seiber & Rev. B. Ray Phillips
officiating. Interment: to follow the funeral service at the Cross Creek Cemetery in
Scott County, Tennessee. Hatmaker Funeral Home of Lake City in charge of
arrangements.
HARMON, GULELA "NIG" F. age 80, a longtime Norris resident passed away
Saturday, May 21, 2005 at Methodist Medical Center. She was a member of First
Baptist Church in Norris and also the AARP. She began her restaurant career at the
original Norris Community Building lunch counter for several years before the
opening of The Norrisonian; from there she moved to King's Steak House in
Andersonville. She enjoyed serving her customers and was a friend to all. Mrs.
Harmon was famous for her delicious pies and cakes - she was truly "The Pie Queen"
of Norris. Nig is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin L. Harmon;
parents, Simon P. and Sadie E. Fears. Survivors: son, Joe Harmon & wife Pam of
Andersonville; daughter, Kathy H. Blevins & husband Boyd of Loudon; granddaughters,
Tammy Blevins of Richmond, VA, Laurie Simmerman of Fredericksburg, VA, Jodi
Fletcher of Heiskell, Callie Harmon of Andersonville; great granddaughter, Jenna
Simmerman of Fredericksburg, VA; great grandson, Ryan Simmerman of
Fredericksburg, VA; brother, Raymond Fears of Tahlequah, OK; sister, Kathleen F. Eeds of
Tahlequah, OK; nieces and nephews. She will be missed by many friends and
family. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel with
Rev. David Seiber officiating. Her burial will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday at Norris
Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be made
to the Gideon Memorial Bibles c/o The Gideon International, P.O. Box 536,
Clinton, TN 37716. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all
arrangements.
HOLLOWAY, CHARLES FRANKLIN - 88, of Oak Ridge, died on May 21, 2005 at
Methodist Medical Center. Mr. Holloway was born in Jackson, Tennessee on August 24,
1916 to parents Charles Oliver Holloway and Ethel Gibson Holloway. Mr.
Holloway was a member of First United Methodist Church and a life member of the Elks,
Lodge ## 192 in Jackson since 1939. He graduated from UT with his degree in
electrical engineering on March 15, 1943. Mr. Holloway worked in the
engineering division with Eastman, March of 1943, then worked with the engineering
divisions of the Y-12 and X-10 facilities, retiring as an electrical engineer from
Oak Ridge National Laboratory at the X-10 facility, March of 1984. Survivors
include, wife, Margaret Holloway, Oak Ridge; daughter, Sandra Holloway Inman
and husband, Stanley L. of Knoxville; granddaughter, Margaret Christina Inman,
Knoxville. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of Weatherford
Mortuary tonight, 7:30 PM. The family requests that memorials be in the form of
donations to First United Methodist Church, 1350 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge, TN
37830. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, noon
(CST), Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson, TN. The family will receive friends this
evening from 5:30 PM til 7:30 PM at Weatherford Mortuary, Oak Ridge. An online

JACKSON, HENRY TONY - 1912-2005 of Knoxville, formerly of Claxton. A member
of Havens Chapel United Methodist Church. A member of the senior choir, member
of Masonic Lodge ##33. Preceded in death by parents, Henry P. & Molly Thomas
Jackson; brothers, Rufus & Harrison Otto Jackson; sisters, Mary Gadson, Louisa
Moore, Pearl Wilkerson. Survivors: sisters, Katherine Scott, Zelma Chance,
Ivalina Martin; sister in law, Mildred Jackson & a host of nieces & nephews,
cousins & friends. A special thanks to NHC Nursing Home staff & Caris Hospice
Group. Family receive friends Monday 6-6:30 p.m. at Jarnigan's Chapel with
services to follow, Rev. J. Ellis McCleary officiating, assisted by Rev. Cederick
Jackson. Interment, 11 a.m. Tuesday in Haven Chapel Cemetery, Claxton.

JOHNSON, MARGARET M. "TOOTIE" - age 49 of Andersonville passed away on Friday
May 20, 2005 at her home. She was of the Baptist faith and loved to be
outside working with her garden and flowers. She was preceded in death by her
parents; Harvey and Emma Greene. She is survived by her husband of 30 years Roy
Johnson Sr., sons; Roy Johnson Jr. and Ricky Allen Johnson, grandson and her
little sunshine; Aaron Ray Johnson. Her brothers Robert and wife Maurene, Ben and
wife Kathy, Raymond and wife Karen, Larry and his wife her special
sister-in-law; Cindy Greene, sister; Eva Johnson, sister-in-law; Sandy and husband Daniel
Logsdon, brothers-in-law; Jerry and wife Janet Johnson, Jay and wife Annette
Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and dear friends. Funeral services will
be held Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Highland South with
Rev. Tom Henderson officiating. Entombment to follow at Highland South Memorial
Park with her nephews serving as honorary pallbearers. The family will
receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Monday May 23, 2005 at Highland South
