HUDDLESTON, GEORGIA LEE MCCORMICK - age 92 of Knoxville, formerly of Rockwood
STEWART, MR. ARTHUR J. "ART" - age 76 of Kingston,
HILL, ELLEN H. - age 82 of the Dyllis Community in Harriman passed away
Tuesday April 5, 2005 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. She was born
February 5, 1923 in Dyllis & was a graduate of Wheat High School. Preceded in death
by husband of 57 years, Carl M. Hill, mother & father, Ethel & Lonnie
Hendrickson, sister, Gertrude Fuller, brothers L.C., Newton, Vaughn & Allen
Hendrickson. She was a member of Dyllis Baptist Church, Dyllis Eastern Star #498 & was
retired from Burlington Hosiery Mill. Survivors: daughter & son in law, Wilma &
Don Lynch of Clinton; son & daughter in law, Lee A. & Ann Hill of Sweetwater;
grandsons, Allen Hill, Steve Lynch, Robert Lynch; granddaughter, Julie Lynch;
great grandchildren, Mason Hill, Ashton & "Bubba" Hicks; sisters in law, Edna
Hendrickson, Edith Browning, Barbara Hendrickson, Ruby Hendrickson; several
beloved nieces & nephews. Friends are invited to meet the family for a
graveside funeral service 2:00 PM Thursday at Dyllis Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev
Charles Dean officiating. Memorial may be made to Dyllis Baptist Church
Cemetery Fund 530 Dyllis Rd Harriman, Tn 37748 or any organization of their choice.

HUDDLESTON, GEORGIA LEE MCCORMICK - age 92 of Knoxville, formerly of Rockwood
passed away Tuesday April 5, 2005 at NHC Ft Sanders. She was born August 16,
1912 in Livingston, TN. She graduated from Robbins High School in 1931 and was
a member of Trenton St Baptist Church since December 3, 1939. Was a past
active member of WMU, GA's, Fidelis Matrons Sunday School class & nursery worker.
Preceded in death by husband Wayne C. Huddleston, daughter Wanda Huddleston
Dalton, parents John B McCormick & Emma McCormick, 4 sisters & 4 brothers.
Survivors: daughters & sons in law, Sue & Jack Taylor of Knoxville, Barbara & Bill
Brooks of Laveen, Ariz.; son & daughter in law, John W. & JoAnne Huddleston of
Bristol, Tn; grandchildren, Cheryl Gorley, Emily Boulton, Leslie Gobbi, Susan
Brooks, Jacquelyn Goforth, Chris Huddleston, Roberta Akison, Steve Dalton; 11
great grandchildren; sisters in law, Delta Abston; Blanche Davis and Bonnie
Scarborough all of Harriman; special friends, Jim and Gladys Dalton; and many
nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all employees of NHC Ft. Sanders in
Knoxville. Funeral 8 PM Wednesday April 6, 2005 at Kyker Funeral Home Chapel in
Harriman with Elders Ted Taylor and Dan Cooley officiating. In lieu of flowers
the family suggest memorial donations to the Trenton Street Baptist Church Youth
Building Fund. Interment 11 AM Thursday in Roane Memorial Gardens. The family

STEWART, MR. ARTHUR J. "ART" - age 76 of Kingston, passed away Sunday morning
April 3, 2005 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was a member of
the Kingston Church of Christ and a 1949 graduate of Oak Ridge High School where
he lettered in four sports. He retired as a Major from the Army National
Guard and also from Martin Marietta where he worked as a physicist for more than
39 years. Art is the Worthy Patron of Dyllis Chapter 498, Past Patron of Oak
Ridge Chapter 390 and a member of Laurel Chapter 22 Order of the Eastern Star.
He is the Master of Eastfork Lodge 460, Past Master of Southgate Lodge 569 and
a member of Union Lodge 38 and Faith Lodge 756 F&AM. He was a member of the
Scottish Rite, York Rite, Commandary and the Knights Templar. He was also a
member of the Kerbela Shrine Center where he was a van driver with over 40,000
miles, the Kerbela Patrol, "Mr. Art" with the Roco Clowns, the Hillbilly Clan
#24, the Order of Quetzalcoal #138, the Roane County Shrine Club and the Grainger
County Shrine Club. Art was a devoted husband and father who loved his wife,
children and family unconditionally. He was preceded in death by his parents,
Arthur Lee and Ethel Knight Stewart; one son, Arthur Jay Stewart; one
grandson, Tony Parris and one brother, James Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Gene
L. Stewart; four daughters, Jacquelyn Skidmore and her husband, Bo, Phyllis
Wilson, Donna parries and her husband, Randy, Maria Kittrell and her husband,
Greg; two sons, P.J. Lemons and his wife, Jan, Bill Lemons and his wife, Jenna;
one brother, Clarence Stewart; two sisters, Ruth Stewart and Betty Jones and
her husband, Tommy; eight grandchildren, Kevin Lee McClure and wife, Jessica,
Shane Parris, Natasha Maria and Ryan Brock, Brandon, Ashton, Vann and Ella
Lemons; four great grandchildren, Danielle Lee and Taylene Brooke McClure, Haven
and Braden Parris. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening April 6,
2005 from 6-8 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. A Masonic and Eastern Star
service will be held at 8 p.m. Funeral services will follow with Brother
David Lasiter officiating. Graveside services with full military honors will be
held Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Oak Ridge Memorial Park. Arrangements
by Davis Funeral Home, Harriman.
