Darrel Little, 34, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, March 28, 2005, at Methodist
Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Mr. Little is survived by his parents, Michael and
Phyllis Greenfield of Maryville, and Darrel and Rosie Little of Florida; his
brothers, Terry Wilson of Michigan and Kevin Little of Florida; his sister and
brother-in-law, Anna and Frank Morgan of Friendsville; his grandmothers, Anna
Caughron and Ruby Little; many aunts and uncles; and two nephews and one
niece. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 1, 2005, in the Trinity Chapel
of Smith Mortuary in Maryville. The burial will be at Grandview Cemetery. The
family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at the
mortuary.

James Lee Russell, 63, a resident of Oliver Springs, died Monday, March 28,
2005, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. The son of Lawrence Willie
Russell and Betty May Martin Russell, he was born June 22, 1941, in Oliver
Springs. Mr. Russell was a retired truck driver who worked for Wayco Trucking, E & E
Trucking, Campbell Trucking, Roger Daniels Trucking and James Edward Trucking
Co. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, J. W.
Russell. Mr. Russell is survived by his wife of 43 years, Vivian Scott Russell;
two sons, Lawrence Dwayne Russell, and Shannon Ray Russell and wife, Annette,
all of Oliver Springs; his daughter, Angela Leana Randolph and husband,
Mikel, of Briceville; and his adopted daughter, Tosha Rena Truax and husband, Jeff,
of Oak Ridge. He is also survived by his brother, Eugene Russell and wife,
Kathy, of Oak Ridge; three sisters, Tommie Faye Breeden and husband, Arnold, and
Helen Phillips and husband, Gary, all of Oliver Springs, and Mary Ann Russell
of Claxton; four grandchildren, Shaun Allen Russell, Jonathan Dwayne Russell,
Justin Lee Russell and Alexis Leana Randolph; one great-grandchild, Ryan
Tyrese Truax; special friends, Ronnie Russell and wife, Debbie, and Clarence Green
and wife, Margaret; and by several nieces, nephews, extended family and
friends. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2005, in the
chapel of Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with the Rev. Johnny Randolph and
the Rev. David Burchfield officiating. A graveside service and burial will
follow at Indian Creek Cemetery in Oliver Springs. The family will receive friends
from 6 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at the funeral home. Sharp
Funeral Home in Oliver Springs is in charge of all arrangements.

Pierre Martin "Marty" Alexander, 57, of Huntsville, Ala., died Monday, March
28, 2005, at the Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas. Mr. Alexander came to Oak
Ridge at age 5 with his parents, Marion Alexander, who survives him, and the
late Lloyd Alexander. He graduated from Oak Ridge High School in 1965, from
Hiram College in Ohio in 1969, and received his doctorate in physics in 1975
from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. During his 30-year
professional career, he worked for the Department of Energy, the Department of the
Army, and for several technical consulting firms specializing in the
development and testing of radar, infrared, and laser guidance systems. He was a
talented guitar player and played in several bands over the years, and in numerous
community theater musicals in both Oak Ridge and Huntsville. In addition to his
mother, Mr. Alexander is survived by his wife of 25 years, Frances Alexander;
his son, Craig Martin Alexander, and daughter-in-law Jennifer Philips
Alexander, of Collegeville, Pa.; his brother and sister-in-law Jake and Kathleen
Alexander of Oak Ridge; a stepdaughter, Michelle Korray, of Huntsville; and by a
niece, Sarah Alexander, of Rock Hill, S.C. The family requests that any
memorials be in the form of contributions to the Oak Ridge Public Schools Education
Foundation, P.O. Box 117, MS-22, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, 37831. A memorial
service will be held April 9 at the Huntsville Unitarian Church.

Roger W. Sellars, 53, of the Karns community, died Monday, March 28, 2005, at
the Fort Sanders Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born April 12,
1951, in Jefferson County, and lived most of his life in Anderson County. He
was a member of Clax Gap Baptist Church near Harriman. After completing high
school, Mr. Sellars was employed at the Y-12 Plant. In 1983, he became the
landfill operations manager for the Department of Energy, a position he held until
he became disabled. In addition to his father, Carroll Winfred Sellars, he was
preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Sellars, and his stepbrother, Steve
Underwood. Mr. Sellars is survived by his mother and stepfather, Betty and James
Robert Underwood of Knoxville; his son, Bryan Allen Sellars and wife,
Melissa, of Claxton; his daughter, Karen Alysia "Lisa" Green and husband, Scott, of
Oliver Springs; his brother, Jerry Lynn Sellars and wife, Kathy, of Claxton;
his stepsister, Shirley Lewis and husband, Randall, of Dothan, Ala.; and his
grandchildren, Kinley Parker Green, Emery Kincaid Green, and Jacob Allen Sellars.
The funeral will be at 8 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2005, in the chapel of
Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with the Rev. Lee Wayne Grubb officiating. A
graveside service and burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 1, at Oak Ridge
Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday,
March 31, at the funeral home. Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs is in charge
of arrangements.

Rev. James Richard "Dick" Baker, 90, formerly of Knoxville, died Monday,
March 28, 2005, at Culver Union Hospital in Crawfordsville, Ind. The son of Thomas
and Laura Dickman Baker, he was born Dec. 19, 1914, in Crawfordsville. Mr.
Baker worked for 40 years with Midstate Steel Wire Co. He also served in the
ministry for 58 years, pastoring numerous churches. He served as minister to the
senior adults of Central Baptist Church in Oak Ridge for seven years. He was a
member of West Park Baptist Church in Knoxville and traveled as an evangelist
throughout Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Texas, Arizona and Mexico. He is survived
by his wife of 13 years, Henrietta Fritts Mathis Baker; his son, James
Richard Baker Jr. of Crawfordsville, Ind.; three stepsons, John David Mathis of
Pocahontas, Ark., Freddie Duff Mathis of Oak Ridge, and Billy Edward Mathis of
Knoxville; his daughter, Kathern White of Crawfordsville, Ind.; his
stepdaughters, Melissa Amos and husband, Raymond F. Amos Jr., of Brunswick, Ga., and
Melinda Lee of Knoxville; and by six grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren and eight
great-great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 1,
2005, at Freemont Baptist Church in Crawfordsville. Burial will follow at Oak
Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March
31, 2005, at Freemont Baptist Church. The family requests that any memorials be
in the form of contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 2200 Sutherland

Warren Carroll Brady, 79, of Jamestown, died Monday, March 28, 2005, at the
University of Tennessee Medical Center at Knoxville. Born Feb. 10, 1926, in
Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of Charles and Marie Carroll Brady. He lived in
Daytona Beach, Fla., for over 20 years and in Reno, Nev., for 12 years before
moving back to Jamestown in Fentress County. Mr. Brady had owned and operated Un
ion 76 Truck Stop in Port Orange, Fla. He was a member of the Daytona Beach
Masonic Lodge, No. 270, F & AM, and was affiliated with the Methodist church. In
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Charles Brady,
and a stepson, Tommy Weaver. Mr. Brady is survived by his wife of 30 years,
Betty Loggins Brady; three children, Gary Brady of Daytona Beach, Jonele Hartbrodt
of Deltona, Fla., and Jimmy Brady of Silver Springs, Nev.; a stepson, Dusty
Weaver of Oliver Springs; his sister, Betty Clawson of Port Orange, Fla.; and
by 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The family will hold a
memorial service in Florida at a later date. Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs is
in charge of arrangements.

Clifford Cotton, 76, of Coalfield, died Wednesday, March 30, 2005, at the
Life Care Center of Morgan County. Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs is in
charge of arrangements, which were incomplete at press time.

Paul W. Holden, 88, of Oak Ridge, died Tuesday, March 29, 2005, at Methodist
Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home is in charge of
arrangements, which were incomplete at press time.
