A KENTUCKY MURDER
Tazewell, Tennessee, August 29 ---Ben Johnson of Middlesboro, Kentucky, shot and killed Deputy Sheriff Nathaniel Cloud of this county, while the latter was attempting to arrest Johnson. John Cadle, a bystander, was killed by a bullet supposed to have been fired by Charles Burche, a friend of Johnson. Cloud was a brother of a member of the legislature who was killed at the same place a year or two ago.
