Subject: Poss. Kincaid House for Lee Jesse Smith and Margaret Boyd Smith

I have received a picture and trying to ID it.
Is there someone out there that knows about the Kincaid Houses? Not the ones
standing today. I've gone through them and it's not them but the old ones
that may be gone. I believe it may be a Boyd-Smith House. What I found
different about it is the chimneys are not at the end of the house, like most
Kincaid Houses but they are more towards the middle. It is a two story with two
balconies and the front has goes into a "A" peak. It also has an addition of
shed to the left of it. It has to be around the 1860's to early 1900's.
Does anyone know of or are related to Margaret Boyd who married Lee Jesse
Smith, son of Ericus Smyth III and Ann Kincaid. I found the land that he owned
in the 1895 Tax List

property lives J. Bolton and West of property lives J. Dossett This property
is valued at $1275.00 for 57 acres
Name: Lee J. Smith (District )
This property is valued at #200.00 for 15 acres,
Name: Lee J. SMITH (District 8)
North of property lives M. Parrott, South of propert lives J. Willoughby,
east of propert lives F. Parrott. This property is valued at $150.00 for 76
acres.
