Hello Neal,

Please post to your Anderson and Campbell County mailing list.  My uncle
Glenn Kennedy of Tucson, Arizona passed away.  He was originally from
Oliver Springs.  We have family in the Anderson County and Campbell County
area.  I was not sure that you would see it in the paper.  Thanks.


Kennedy, Glenn age 57 of Tucson, Arizona went to be with the Lord on
Saturday, September 11, 2004.  Glenn came into this world on April 9, 1947
after his twin sister Glenna.  He graduated from Oliver Springs High School
where he played football.  He enlisted in the Air Force shortly after
graduation.  He worked as an Aerospace Engineer for several major companies
during his thirty plus years in the industry.  Glenn retired from Boeing in
Everett, Washington and was enjoying retirement in Arizona.  He loved
watching football and playing golf.

He was preceded in death by:  his mother, Frances (Fannie) Daugherty
Kennedy;    brothers,  Leamon and Lowell (Sid) Kennedy.  He is survived by
Ex-Wife, Rogena Chriscaden of Washington; daughter, Tara Kennedy of
Everett, Washington; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Julie of San Jose,
California; step-grandson, Colby of San Jose, California; father and
step-mother, James and Aileen Kennedy of Kingston; brothers and
sister-in-laws, Loura (George) and Debbie Kennedy of Harriman; Elmer and
Joyce Kennedy of Clinton; Mrs. Leamon (Joyce) Patterson Kennedy of Oliver
Springs; sisters and brother-in-laws, Zelma and Walter Kennedy of Harriman;
Glenna (twin sister) and Ellis (Buzz) Cornett of Speedwell; six nieces and
nine nephews. Glenn also had several great nieces and nephews.  Special
friends Joe and Verda Robbins of Oliver Springs.  Services were held in
Tucson, Arizona.
